PixTales products are printed on demand and shipped from our global print partners. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Production time

Each item is custom-made for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery after production (in business days):

  • United States: 3–8 days
  • Canada: 5–12 days
  • Europe: 5–12 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–16 days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, and customs can affect delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
