Every PixTales item is made to order and printed just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a typical retailer. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-order products

Because each product features your custom AI portrait and is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, an incorrect size selection, or an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your design preview, selected size, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the product packaging.
  • Once approved, we will reprint and reship your item or refund your original payment — your choice.

Wrong or lost shipments

If your order is lost in transit or the wrong item was shipped, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right at no extra cost.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations & changes

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate the request before production begins.
